I was in the Savegre Mountain Biological Reserve of the San Gerardo de Dota in Costa Rica looking for the nesting area of the Resplendent Questzal. Fortunately a bird watcher, that I passed on the trail, had spotted one and shared the location with me. I set up my tripod and camera at the spot of the sighting and waited. After about an hour, this male Questzal appeared.
